It appears that they have confused "confidence" with strong. There are many confident people who see the track that they should take and yet lack the resolve to follow that track.

If you replaced strong with decisive.. and weak with indecisive,
I would then agree with the statement.

Strong and weak are very inexact descriptors.

I agree with Dietrih Bonhoeffer. It is the strong who inquire and create their own realities. The weak are sheep lead in life and religion. I remember listening to the Lionel Show (Radio Show) one night and there was a female caller who called in about Stem Cell research. She couldn't even make up her mind. She had to know what her church believed, so she could be a mental slave to their will. It is easier to be told what to believe than inquire for yourself.

Somewhat agree. A strong individual should also realize that he isn't the first person to consider the question and realize the strengths and weaknesses in the already existing "alternatives". There are many times already a theory for every angle of a problem and thus only foolishness to make a new illogical one. Still, it is only laziness to assume that this is always the case.
