Greetings!
My personal definition of salvation is knowing and endeavoring to follow God's purpose for us. And the Baha'i Faith teaches that our purpose in this life is twofold:
And as Scott said, no, Baha'is don't believe in reincarnation. The Baha'i scriptures not only make this quite clear, but discuss in depth why not (quote upon request). Joe, you're distorting what the Qur'an says. Muhammad DID NOT call Jesus an impostor, and the Baha'i scriptures do a very good job of explaining how both the Bible and the Qur'an express the same single truth while viewing different aspects of it. So again, I refer you to them. Son of God is one of Jesus' titles, not a physical relationship. You can find the Baha'i scriptures at:

I think the Baha'i view of salvation is both personal and social... It is personal when we recognize that in our belief Christ has returned and the prophecies were fulfilled and it is social in that Jesus revealed in the "Lord's Prayer" that His Kingdom would appear on earth as it is in heaven.
Baha'is accept that Jesus was martyred and sacrificed for the Cause of God and Christianity prevailed after this Sacrifice as we know and the blood of martyrs in the succeeding years further established the new religion over the pagan beliefs... The whole creation wept when Jesus was sacrificed as Baha'u'llah revealed: Know thou that when the Son of Man yielded up His breath to God, the whole of Creation wept with a great weeping. By sacrificing Himself, however, a fresh capacity was infused into all created things. Its evidences, as witnessed in all the peoples of the earth, are now manifest before thee. The deepest wisdom which the sages have uttered, the profoundest learning which any mind hath unfolded, the arts which the ablest hands have produced, the influence exerted by the most potent of rulers, are but manifestations of the quickening power released by His transcendent, His all-pervasive, and resplendent spirit . . . He it is who purified the world. Blessed the man who, with a face beaming with light, hath turned towards Him. (Gleanings 86)

Of course Islam and Christianity have many similiar things, nevertheless, viewing them as giving the message to mankind seems slightly absurd (No offense). Just curious. PS - still working on the Bible info from yesterday...busy
