Well, since not everyone is really gung-ho about sitting in meditation, I just can't put in a vote for Buddhism.

So, I'll just play suck-up to the OP and say that Girls-on-Trampolines is by far the most practical.

Plus, is there any other religion that actively opens the door for it's practitioners to begin engaging in pillow fights?
