Generally, church is visiting your place of worship, and being together with other believers whilst being "told" the messages of God by your priest or significant other.
However, there are a lot of "newer" ways being added in today's scoiety. Here there is a rapper group that claim to be a way to "Make church and God" more exciting for youth. There are also "church" preschools, and even an occasional "Fairgrounds" promoting religioun (with rides such as the big dipper, called "The Ride through Heaven" )I have my own opinion on these methods, but I would like to hear yours. The Idea of a rap dude in my face saying "Yo brother, God be the coolest homie ever born, you dig?" sounds a bit.well different. Should church keep it's "structure" of attending mass ceremonies? Or be expanded? (Within reason) |

I see nothin wrong with making church a little bit of limited groovy. I mean a little more lively. Like more cheerful music, sort of maybe soft rock, country, pop. Not too much though. Keep the message though. At our Franciscan school, mass is fun becuase they have the electric guitars and student singers with cool songs. Kids can get more into it!
