I've heard that Islam values death, while those in the western world value life. Why is that?
No offense, but this sounds preposterous to me. But then again I don't completely understand their whole perspective.

Cynic are you talking about Islam specifically or any and all religions with the posulation of an eternal blissful after-existance? Also is the debate topic,
"which is more value the present life or the afterlife" or, is there a different debate topic you were shooting for? It isn't clear in the op to me at least. |
