According to the Bible, Jesus Christ says
"Judge not lest you be judged" Then are the Court of Laws in accordance with Christianity, since they judge all the time. Wouldn't it be against this principle to call Satan evil since calling anything good or bad, inefficient or efficient, honest or dishonest, moral or immoral, sinful or not sinful is making a judgement. |

When Jesus said this in Luke chapter 6, He was referring to spiritual judgement. In other words, let God do the judging. I think that the courts here on earth judge in a different sense. They judge that which is (or isn't in) accordance wuth human law.
