Default Judge not lest you be judged

According to the Bible, Jesus Christ says

"Judge not lest you be judged"

Then are the Court of Laws in accordance with Christianity, since they judge all the time. Wouldn't it be against this principle to call Satan evil since calling anything good or bad, inefficient or efficient, honest or dishonest, moral or immoral, sinful or not sinful is making a judgement.

Oh, you can judge all you want. Just count on being judged back.

Jesus also said leave to Caeser, what is Caeser's. There has to be law in the land. We have to make judgements all day long about situations we are in. When we are meeting someone for the first time we have to make a judgement about whether they are safe or not.

When Jesus said this in Luke chapter 6, He was referring to spiritual judgement. In other words, let God do the judging. I think that the courts here on earth judge in a different sense. They judge that which is (or isn't in) accordance wuth human law.
