The majority of scientists don't waste their times, trying to prove or to disprove God's existence. There are no course offered in schools and universities for such investigation.
Biology classes is supposed to teach nothing but biology. Mathematics are taught in maths classes. The same with the rest of science subjects. None of my classes rated God or religion a mention. So I don't buy this maloney about science trying to discredit religion or creationism. Since Creationists have no way of proving their creationism or their Creator, then there is no science involved. Creationism should stay within the domain in Theology 101. PERIOD. Quote:
I am not too sure about that. There are lot of bible-thumping Americans in the US, so many would swallow it whole, hooker, sinker and all. I am just glad that there no such museum exists in Down Under.

I agree. I am interested in seeing what they do come up with. It does worry my that it is going up however, because I can't tell if it is the canary in the mine or not. Will this be something we will be seeing more and more often in the US? While other countries are pushing forward with new technologies and ideas, will we be sliding backwards, stuck in the past and still sipping on our fossil fuels to boot? Where are we as a society heading?

Anyway ... It's all too easy to sit and laugh at a Creationism Museum, but this kind of stuff really freaks me out. America just gets crazier and crazier. Where will all this end? How crazy do we have to get before enough people get sick of it?
