We have to conclude that corse and effect exists. Otherwise theres no point in trying to have an argument, ie someone could say anything and would not need to justify it, (if that makes any sense). So if everything has a corse and effect then we cant have free will coz everything’s been corsed by something. So basically we’re all made of atoms and atoms cant act spontaneously (by that i mean without corse)

Just as we have both perspectives, objective and subjective, we can have both cause-and-effect and free will. We just cannot look at them at the same time. Atoms can't act spontaneously, but they can act (they can be the ones to act).

First and foremost, what in the world does "corse" mean?

I disagree that atoms can't act spontaneously. Independently they may not, but collectively, they may. Atoms, collected in a specific sequence, can create a thought. And thoughts, when collected and compared, create choices, which in turn can dictate the behavior of the collection of atoms.
