I never said that Lucifer preys on the weak, but the Bible does make mention of him being decieving.

Revelation 12:9 The great dragon was hurled down - that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

Honestly, I don't even know where in the Bible the name "Lucifer" is mentioned. But being widely accepted that he is the one that saw things differently from God, he was the one cast down from heaven and took his followers with him. With that put together with the above verse, it is obvious that he is the dragon, serpent, devil, and Satan.
