Why is belief in God important? (punishment, Creator, salvation, soul)

Are you saying only Christians can love and nourish someone? and what has Jesus Christ got to do with it? I don't believe in Jesus Christ or God so does it follow that I am incapable of giving love and help to people? whole communities go for years without mentioning God but they are still good places to be, the best people are not always the ones with friends in their heads, because that is where their Gods are, in their heads, listen to someone talking to themselves about the game last Saturday and you could say they were crazy, listen to someone talking to themselves and saying "yes lord, no lord" and you could say they were only talking to their God and are perfectly sane, what is that all about?

By no means.

As Christians, we can only be witnesses of the bond that we have with God and one another as the church. We know where the Holy Spirit is and not where he is not. If God is with any other faiths and they show love and nourishment, we thank God for it and their love does not affect our message at all.
