No,
that's not a "standard" Christian belief. No where do the scriptures indicate that God created us perfectly.

I personally don't think there is any such thing as perfect in this world...or even in this universe. Perfection is a matter of one's perspective, and therefore subjective.
If this God, which the Abrahamic religions worshipped, does exist, I don't think he is perfect, simply because how can a perfect being create anything that is imperfect. Everything is imperfect because this god is imperfect.
