Why God didn't make the body perfect? (creation, suicide, diseases)

that's not a "standard" Christian belief. No where do the scriptures indicate that God created us perfectly.

That is a really interesting idea. But does that mean that the word “perfect” has no meaning when talking about “God”? And then by extending that idea, words like “good” or “evil” would also have no meaning. Something to think about?

Creation implies a creator. Human beings come to existence by chance through evolution. I think this is what is meant by "we are naturally developing organism".

I'm coming into this a little late but I had to say something about this...

I'm sure that the blind/people with glasses/people with extra fingers/people born without hands don't share your same sentiment that the human body is a "perfect creation."

You would be surprised about how many disabled people consider their bodies "perfect" as they are.

I am fine with my deafness and other physical disabilities (I could do without so much pain, though). The only problems I ever run into are lack of public accomodations for the disabled and negative opinions of the disabled and disablities.

I personally don't think there is any such thing as perfect in this world...or even in this universe. Perfection is a matter of one's perspective, and therefore subjective.

If this God, which the Abrahamic religions worshipped, does exist, I don't think he is perfect, simply because how can a perfect being create anything that is imperfect. Everything is imperfect because this god is imperfect.

In all actuality we have no idea what a perfect being can and cannot do - or for that matter what it would or would not do. It's entirely possible that a perfect being could create something imperfect.

I believe that God is perfect - therefore I believe that it is possible for a perfect being to create this world (because I believe He did )
