First of all, I feel the need to establish that relativism is the "philosophical doctrine that all criteria of judgment are relative to the individuals and situations involved," and not "believing that all ideas are equally valid." (See dictionary.reference.com)
Second, I'm not sure that what you've quoted contradicts this persons apparent dislike of relativism. I'm not sure that doubt is an expression of relativism, though I'm certain it can lead there. Please correct me if I am wrong. In good spirit, Crystal
