Jesus Christ was the only begotten son of God, born of the virgin Mary. He was Born to teach us, he was crucified, and died that our sins might be forgiven.

He lived a sinnless life. There's nobody else who could say that about themselves. He took our sins upon him, something nobody else was able to do. But we are all sons and daughters of God, and if we endure to the end, we can be "heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ." (sorry, I don't remember where that is. One of Paul's epistles.)
