Religion in General: Those who get upset when their reasoning (that if I was tto believe in a diety) is shown to be circumstantial.

Christianity: Those who come to my door on a Saturday and interupt me playing FIFA. YEC's. Anyone who believes Noah's Ark is real, People who speak as if they know God, people applying human characteristics and flaws to God (also Islam).

Islam: More cultural but the integration problems (particularly whilst in England), Literal interpretations of the Quran and the worst is their unconditional support of other muslims even when they're in the wrong.... other than that they're pretty easy going people and my examples are extreme cases only.

Jews: Over playing the anti-semitism card.

Atheists: Those who think its actually a religion and those who go out of their way to be rude to theists.

It seems as though these people are the most praised throughout their respective faiths/lack of faith though. I agree with the statement which I guess is rather alarming.

I guess one key difference people seem to miss is the difference between passion, sincerity, conviction with and idea and so forth, and between arrogance and bigotry.

I have another one to add to my list which goes for all theistic religions (well certain members):

Those that think that because someone does not choose to believe what they believe (especially misunderstanding God) they have no knowledge. Seems as if they simply expect people to make a leap of faith.

Mine are:

Christians - 1) those who say Jesus is the only way, 2) those who rubbish other religions despite knowing nothing about those religions

Jews - nothing really, maybe just the idea that there is a 'chosen people'

Atheists - 1) the hypocrites who claim religious people are illogical and will believe anything that supports their beliefs but then do the same thing. Like the atheists who use the Zeitgeist religion documentary to back up their arguments. LOL. Talk about believing anything that seems to support your ideas!
2) those who argue that because one God concept is illogical then there must not be a God, completely ignoring the fact that there are many God concepts

Christianity, Islam and Judaism - in the name of an unprovable God mentioned in each of their "holy books" Christians and Muslims have destroyed innumerable number of native cultures around the world. The bloodshed in the name of converting the heathen to make her bow down to the same one true God is a crime against humanity. As regards Jews, AFAIK, they did not have a place to call their own so they also ended up going back to their unprovable scripture and created a country based on religion - no different from fundamentalist Muslims, in my book.

Atheists - AFAIK, atheists do not have a ''holy'' book or prophet. Also, it is very clear to see that certain actions (imposing Shariah or preventing entry of non-Muslims into Mecca, creating a theocracy, killing the apostate, etc.) are done on the basis of religion. Since atheists lack a religion, one has to look elsewhere for motivation for their actions.
