1) There is only one dogma in Thelema: Thou hast no right but to do thy Will. This is one of many paradoxes in our system. Thelema advocates total freedom implying you can do anything possible. The moral implications are simply that you can do Nothing BUT your Will.

2) Undisciplined. But can be poweful if used in accordance with your Will.

3) Creating a temple space, incense candles talismans etc. Robing. Silencing the mind.

4) RE God: "There is no god but Man" I like Levi's idea that we are "the mind of a god in the body of an animal." My own metaphysics on the soul and existance is so lenghty I need more time to answer this one. Awesome question!

5) A Thelemite should practise Thelemic magick as often as he/she can - that being: becoming conscious of every thought and word and deed, to check whether they are in accordance with your Will and not a product of desire or social imprinting. (my most common desire is to be lazy)
In terms of practising Thelemic Cermonial Magick - as often as they choose. It can be a very useful way of tapping into the "Thelemic current", and it trains the mind. Ritual magick is an Art, just like Yoga or Thai Chi. Its a powerful way of tapping into your internal energy.
Regular disciplioned practise of rituals like Liber Resh and Star Ruby are a perfect way of constanly reminding yourself of the ultimate attainment, and shakes you out of the mundane and keeps you swicthed ON

6) Do what thou Wilt. The answer is No. Practise what you are good at. However I would point out Crowley's rituals are a work of genius, and well worth the experience!
