I know of few prophecies, and the ones I've heard of were vague.
If a prophet was to announce: "God would like to break with convention for the time being and offer some practical advice; avoid Kuala Lumpur next Tuesday. A large earthquake (8.1)is headed there (17:33 local time) and the Petronas tower are going to crumble like a meringue. Also...God would like everyone to know that the title "Virgin" was a bit of a running joke between Him and Joseph. He is sending Mary back for a couple of days to explain a little about human biology for those who missed it in school. Jesus says 'Hi'." And the foretold events occured to the letter, I would have to give them a bit of credibility. Are there specific prophecies within the bible? I heard Jesus was scheduled for a comeback for instance.

Prophtes are never accurate the just say loads and loads of sentences and some of those sentences just happend to be true. I could prophetize a great war is coming but that would be to obvios that is why they use pretty words too.
