All of the earliest known Christian writings are available online, most with at least some commentary and the original languages, and some even have links to papyrus photographs.

This page has them listed in chronological order. Everything is disputed in the chronology, but it does reflect a somewhat accurate chronology.

They also give a number of stars - 1 to 5 - to express how sure they are of the dating of the texts.
Also, they list the texts by their earliest dating. So, the Gospel of Thomas and Sophia of Jesus Christ come before the Gospel of Mark in this list. But when you look at the range of dates they give, a large number of the texts could be rearranged into an entirely different order.

For each, there is also a nice summary of the key evidence for both the dating and authorship and an introduction to significant disputes and open questions.
