Does anyone know any powerful meditation techniques for the use of getting rid of heavy negative energy?

Yes - there are a number.
My personal favorite is one that is not your typical meditation - in that it is not silent sitting. My particular form of Buddhism utilizes mantra recitation as our primary meditation form. This in particular (to my mind anyway) lends itself to metamoprhosing energy from one form into another (energy cannot be created or destroyed). Since my Buddhist tradition is based in and on the Lotus Sutra, our mantra reflects that: Namu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo, which in english reads "Veneration (or homage) to the Wonderful Dharma of the Lotus Flower Sutra". The chant is recited in six beats, with the Namu receiving 1/2 beat for each syllable, then one beat per syllable thereafter. Once one has the pattern of the chant down, then usual meditation techniques can be used, as well as concentration on the dseired outcome of whatever issue one is addressing. I hope this is helpful.

Mantras, visualization, mudras (hand and finger formations) are very good ones for taking action.
Negative energy, however, in our practice is understood to be the ripening of karma from previous thoughts, intentions, and/or actions. Here is an adequate outline of the Tibetan Buddhist interpretation of purifying karma: http://buddhism.kalachakranet.org/karma.html Specifically, two rituals that are powerful in our school are Prostrations with Confessions to the Thirty-Five Confession Buddhas and the Hundred-Syllable Vajrasattva Mantra. Thanks. I managed to find my own way of getting rid of it in the end.
I don't have the energy anymore. But lately my meditation has become unstable i guess, my imagination keeps taking over. Does anyone have anyways i can surpass this? or a way to help me focus better. |

Perhaps meditating on the concept of impermanence? Your imagination might seem inviting to just suck you in, but your thoughts and feelings are like a river. Don't fight it or beat yourself up over it. Just simply observe and let go.
Lama Zopa Rinpoche consistently reminds us that meditating for even 5 minutes is good! Consider this a part of the process, you know? I have my own things to work through, too. ![]() Happy sitting! Peace, Mystic |

Send the bad energies to a black whole and then UV light is returned, which helps make the plants grow

Hold on........charging objects? Is there an interest in magic? I'm afraid I'm lost here.
