I hardly knew where to post this thread; whilst wanting those who meditate and 'commune' with spirits to join in, I obviously am not debating - you either accept, or you don't.
I was meditating the day before yesterday; one of the spirits I recognise as a 'teacher' - I knew him during his life on Earth - he was my best friend then - spoke to me. I was open to anything, and thinking in particular about 'time' when applied to the 'amount of time spent in between incarnations' - when he let me know there was no such thing. I suddenly saw that there is no time in the spirit world - or, if there is, it can be compared to the biblical 'each day is a thousand years in God's eyes'. At the time, I had a feeling that he wanted me to share this with someone. I forgot to do so, and during meditation yesterday, I realized that I had not 'passed it on' - for some reason, he seemed to want me to pass it on; I had the impression he was displeased. I have now therefore done so - for the benefit, if any, of anyone on the forum for whom that has a meaning. ![]()

Michel -
Very interesting; I am aware of research which indicates that linear time as we experience it (seconds following each other into minutes, hours, days, weeks, and so on) is primarily a function of our physical brains, but I had never really had a mental "picture" of what this meant (or what the lack of same could mean). Thanks for this!
