Lord,
Give me the wisdom to realise that when I pray you examine what is in my heart and not what comes out of my mouth. Give me the wisdom to realise that long potracted sentences and beautiful passages are pointless and lead me nowhere. Give me the wisdom to realise that what I should truly pray for is the desire to be free from the desires of my body and ask you for spiritual change which only you can grant me. I pray to always be in the King’s palace, and to have the ability to play with the King’s treasures. And that will certainly cause contentment above.
