Update:
Robin has most of her sass back, and her ear has finally scabbed over. There's been no swelling from the other puncture wounds, so it looks like we may have escaped any of those turning into an abscess.

I;m glad she's better. And I would not laugh at someone who considers a pet a part of her flamily.

Happy to hear that Robin is feeling better. It's hard to watch a pet go through that.

As -I thik- 'Saw' said, I could see no reason for any feelings of being embarassed - the bond with a pet can often have more meaning than with other human beings. I am so glad to hear that she's recovering! give her a kiss from 'uncle Michel' and give yourself a hug from me.
