no it happens all the time . just last week a guy in my street was having a domestic argument and the police cam , he was outside and had a stick in his hand and refused to drop it so the police tazered him.I believe if he had a gun in his hand and refused to drop it they would have shot him.

what would the authorities do in Turkey?

probably the same. now imagine Iraqi soldiers in UK, raiding house of a British, he defends and gets killed by Iraqis. would it be the same?

i see no point cooperating with the same nation who created Taleban. i don't know the answer to your question btw. i think everything is so complicated and seems Muslim leaders don't care for future of their public enough or they are helpless, i don't know. it does not matter anyway. it is just happening
