yes, i believe one has a moral right to resist occupation. as others have said, there are many ways to do that. one should not, however, be obliged or forcved to resist in specific ways. e.g. gangs of armed men breaking into houses in Baghdad demanding its occupants to pledge support for their faction, or prove that they are not of an opposing faction is wrong.
