DECLARATION OF RECLAMATION
By the People of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for people to stand together against forces that would undermine and destroy the founding principles by which a nation has long endured and prospered, that is, by observing the Laws of Nature and Nature's God, it is necessary that they should declare the reasons which cause them to take such a stand. We reaffirm these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. To secure these rights governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any government becomes destructive to these ends it is the right of the people to alter it or abolish it, and to institute a new government, a government which will abide by and encourage godly principles and a high standard of national morality. The recent history of our government is a history of repeated acts, all having the direct result of establishing a society devoid of moral underpinnings, denying the existence of the Creator, and undermining the way of life which has brought this nation to greatness. To prove this, let the following facts be submitted to a candid and thinking people. They have denied God the recognition offered and beseeched by our founders as the means by which this nation might achieve greatness. They have reinterpreted our Constitution to conform to humanistic standards and declared there-in a separation of God and state which our founders neither inserted nor ever intended. They have denied "right to life" to over forty million unborn babies by declaring that women have a constitutional right to slaughter their own unborn children. They have found "unconstitutional" the Pledge of Allegiance and demanded that school children should refrain from quoting it because it contains a reference to God. They have, in the name of equality, sanctioned homosexual activities which He has declared to be an abomination. They have sought to remove parental consent in matters directly affecting the parent-child relationship. They have prevented schools from exercising moral leadership reinforcing family values by declaring that, in the name of separation of church and state, those enduring religious values and standards of conduct beneficial to a free and moral society be removed from the classroom. They have prohibited prayer or any other recognition of a supreme being in the classroom, and forbidden the use of any religiously oriented materials by the students. The have, in the name of equality, conspired to change the definition of marriage to accommodate any form of illicit relationship between any consenting parties, thus opening the door to polygamy, pedophilia, and other moral deviations. They have demanded that this nation no longer look to God for protection and direction, but, to the United Nations, and become part of a world community to which we must look for permission to defend ourselves as well as agreeing to accommodate their demands and numerous other requirements, many of which would be harmful to our national welfare. They have, as powerful senators, though in a minority, conspired to prevent good and honest men and women from being appointed to the courts of our nation unless these men conform to and agree to uphold the beliefs of those senators. They have un-admittedly made being pro abortion a requirement for any person to be confirmed to a federal judicial position. They have, in the midst of elections changed the laws in such a manner as to accommodate their own purposes. They have, In the name of freedom of speech, authorized every form of pornography, vile speech and sordid images to be transmitted into our homes and into the public square with no regard for the children who may be effected or adults who may be offended by such material. They have, in the name of freedom of expression, authorized the desecration of our flag and other national emblems. They have, in the name of preservation, denied the use of our natural resources for the purpose for which God created them and instead demanded that, in order to receive our needed energy, we be at the mercy of foreign nations many of which have a strong hatred the United States. They have, in the name of world unity, advocated that America and American citizens be subjected to the decisions of a World Court which would have no regard for our Constitution, our laws, our moral standards, or our God; thereby surrendering our national sovereignty to the whims of people sworn to our destruction. They have, in an effort to gain votes, sought to divide us, and pitting one group against the other, in categories of rich vs poor, white vs black, old vs young, and right vs left, rather than promoting unity and acceptance of each other as unique and valuable individuals each created by, and only answerable to, a loving God. They have, in the name of artistic expression, condoned and financed the most degrading and obscene art ever conceived and forced it to be given a place in our public museums. In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned our courts for relief. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A government, whose character is thus marked, is unfit to be the ruler of free and independent people. We therefore, as citizens of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, unified in purpose, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the validation of our cause, do, in the name of the good and God fearing people of this nation, solemnly publish and declare that these United States are, and of right ought to be, a society of God fearing and Bible-oriented people. While we will respect the opinions of those who feel otherwise and grant them the full protection of the law, they will not be allowed to undermine the moral underpinning of this nation. We will look only to Him for divine protection and respect only that government which acts to uphold those laws which He has set forth. That as free and independent people we have the full power, through the ballot box, to reclaim our nation and demand that our government will, in all ways, respect the above stated guiding principles, allowing only persons who conform to these principles the right to occupy seats of power in this nation. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we once again mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

I find any form of theocracy objectionable. It has not been the wish of our founding fathers nor is the wish of the majority of American citizens today. I consider the installation of a theocracy an arrogance of the highest order especially by a small minority of those who profess the faith of Christianity.

No one that I know of is suggesting a Therocracy. But Christians have just as much right to vote for individuals who will support Christian ideals as you do to vote for those persons who will cater to your wishes. Furthermore, it is you sir, and not the Christians who are in the minority.

do something about it - dont just repeat what they have done

Apparently the person who wrote the article favoring theocracy, despite countless examples in history that such a system is among the most oppressive, and blatently paralleing it to our nation's great Declaration of Indepedence, never knew what burden of proof was. All conjectures, no supporting facts.
Sad thing, really.
