I think it's a fair point, but not the same as an abortion.

And I think it is ultimately a waste of both time and money. He would have done better to launch a few ads fighting the bill and engaging in honest debate.

It's nice political theater but it's not going to pass and it's not meant to.

I think the point is a fair point about what happens when you take the logic of the abortion debate to its extreme logical conclusion.
