There have been solar cars, but they are still not efficient in the least. Hydrogen or fuel cells are a more viable solution in the mean time.

As, or more, efficient than an incandescent light bulb. All of oil in this preserve is only enough to supply the U.S. with eighteen months worth of oil. It won't even take that long to get it out. There really isn't that much there.
