Without the other, the first cannot exist. Also, everything is relative. There would be no way to decide whcih to eliminate. One may think that somthing is evil, while another may think that it is not. This could never happen in the real world. In a Metaphysical sense, however, I would say that it would not work out. Poeple would then have no free will, and without free will are we really human? Without the ability to lie, are we really human? Humanity would cease to exist.

I'm not sure you fully understand the OP; the distinction of "first" and "other" might not "exist" or be "real" to begin with. A bias for binary perception means that we would "divy up" all that we perceive relatively, but everything under the sun could be qualitatively described as "more" or "less" on this polarized scale. Problem is, such thinking might be "less" real and "more" an issue of intellectual interface with (our perceived) reality at large.

That's kinda the point of the OP. When one begins to fret over "human endowments" of art, music, culture, religion, technology, spongebob, etc. with so much wringing of hands regarding "differentiation" of "metaphysical realities" and their inevitable and consequential "implications", i would wonder how a potential (but possibly unfathomable) concept suggesting we can't entirely appreciate reality as it may be actually be (without "skewering" it) could threaten the "existence of humanity". What we may think we and the universe are is fairly distinct from what we may be even able to appreciate via (unreal) binary (polar) bias (interface). No change in the universe is (necessarily) required here. We just might have it all wrong: not relatively but by certain relativety.

Yet this binary system of meaning through which we view our universe is purely human in creation and cannot and does not exist without a human mind. As Lao-tzu said, “Naming is the origin of all particular things.” Without our unique perception in which we differentiate between things and name and define them, all particular things cease to exist. They are merely the byproduct of our uniquely limited perception of reality, but are not inherent in reality at all. This means that black and white, big and small, and all other pairs of opposites do not exist except in the human mind.

human mind? ah, but the human being is the ultimate level at using this binary system. it is not as great in other creaturs. i would explain this as the will of god forcing some divine supernatural perceptions of reality upon ourselves so that we may be able to comprehend our being. these arent in this case the inventions of the human mind, just basiccaly eye glasses from god, helping us see our reality clearly.
