Default If humans are considered to have souls, do non-humans have souls?

This will be a 2 vs. 2 debate. I will be on the affirmative side, along with someone else, and two other people will be on the negative side. Please note that those expressing a disbelief in souls altogether can still join, as the question assumes that souls exist in humans.

The layout of the debate will be in this form:

1. One introduction from both sides.

2. An opening argument from either side, affirmative goes first.

3. A rebuttal from one person of the opposing side.

4. A rebuttle from the side who did the opening argument, but not the person who did the opening argument.

And so forth, until each side has made six rebuttals, each (attempting to) counter the points the other side made, and putting in their own points.

Join the debate!

Affirmative:

~~~Druidus~~~
~~~?~~~

Negative:

~~~?~~~
~~~?~~~
_______

Please join by PMing me.

Nitai is on a distinguished road
Default car / body - driver / soul

Hare Krishna.

# So, let me start. Life comes from life not from matter or the material body which is only like a car.
# Every machine needs a driver. In the body that's the soul - the living force of the body.

Hare Krishna
