But it was Bush's security failures that allowed 9/11 to happen, and it is also Bush's failure that the man responsible, Osama bin Ladin is still at large. I can't believe that they're still using this stale scare tactic and trying to milk 9/11 for all its worth. I would like to say this billboard is an insult to the intelligence of the American people, but unfortunately I would only be kidding myself.
