I would not oppose Obama if he was a Muslim and said he was a Muslim all along. But he said he was a Christian, so if it turns out he's really a Muslim, then I would question his character.

Yes. Presently, I don't really like him that much, but I'm willing to vote for him, and I hope he wins.

If he were a Muslim, I'd still like him the same, but he wouldn't have a snowball's chance in hell of getting the nomination or winning the general election, so I wouldn't even be thinking about whether he'd win.

We have elected presidents who weren't members of any church, and presidents who didn't attend church, but never a president who was overtly and unambiguously non-Christian, and I don't see it happening any time soon. (Unfortunately.)
