There's an awful lot about this country (the USA) that I love. I'm a little concerned about change, because some things I'd rather not see changed. I think we do a lot of things quite well.
Anyway, what does Obama want to do specifically, and how? |

A lot of his platform seems to be about technology. I'm not sure I see this as change, but more keeping up with the times. I suspect the government is moving in that direction already. Is there any country with equal or more access to technology than the U.S.? At least among its citizens. I didn't see anything about really protecting our boarders, national defense, and the war. Maybe I missed it. This seems too important to ignore, and to me, is the main purpose for a national government. Thanks again. |

Barack Obama | Change We Can Believe In | Technology
Check it out Starfish. While keeping up with technology may not necessarily be change - using that technology for a transparent government is. No more secrets. |

I like. I may yet end up voting for Obama, even with the points I disagree on.

For me as an Obama supporter, I think he's talking about change from the present administration, which would include things like:
Preserving, rather than undermining, constitutional protections, Balancing the budget, no new spending without a way to pay for it, No criminal malfeasance by the administration, Compliance with international law, No stupid misguided foreign wars based on lies, especially ones we can't afford to pay for, and revolutionary stuff like that.
