I just checked Bush's approval rating against Congress' rating. Bush is higher, as of today. According to pollingreport.com.

19%? Ouch... I have to say that, for the most part, he deserves it!I would never criticise the troops, but the cause for which they are fighting, is flawed. Do they even have an exit strategy, yet?

Wow, that's a lot lower than the numbers I've seen.

They've had Bush steady in the upper 30s for about a year. Which is still awfully low for a president, don't get me wrong....
