Yes, I am. I'm not afraid of Christian cooties, and I can always preach back if I like.

Both, but say that in public and you may be unemployable.

Freedom from religion without freedom of religion oppresses those who are religious.
Freedom of religion without freedom from religion oppresses those who are not. We need both in order to ensure that everybody is treated equally.

As almost everyone has noted, you have whichever one you want. The issue is freedom from religion (or non-religion) backed by the compulsory powers of the state, so your own individual freedom of speech is the basis for your ability to stand on the street corner and irritate people, without implicating the Establishment Clause.

Freedom can't be absolute in a pluralistic society. So the freedoms of one citizen have to be balanced against the freedoms of another. Thus the goal is not total freedom, but equal freedom and justice under the law. You can preach on the corner, for example, but not with a megaphone at 2am.

The whole 'We have freedom of religion, not freedom from religion' bit is little more than a garbage phrase.

Could you explain how so?

Both. If you cram your Prottie religion down my Catholic throat, that is a violation of my freedom to practice Catholicism, which is necessarily exclusive of Prottism.
