Default What is up with the Supreme Court?
This comes days after "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" was ruled to be "advocating drug use." Neither of these cases should have been taken this far.

Not to mention the gradual wear and tear going on for reproductive rights and classroom diversity. This has been a horrible year for us progressives.

Is this referring to the "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" case? Wasn't this just saying that a school can have certain rules that the students have to follow? This is the world going to hell in a handbasket?

The court ruling seem entirely reasonable to allow Political expression, but not the encouragement of illegal activity.
