I am merely looking at the feasibility of enforcement.

Personally I would think that having a .safe domain would be much easier to enforce no porn on then to try to get all the porn moved to xxx. or .xxx

Especially if it is encouraged to report porn that does show up on .safe

Understandable. Yet, I would rather have the smut be moved elsewhere (although not feasiable).

Personally, if I could snap my fingers and it was done, I would move all the porn to one or two specific domain types and have all browsers automatically set to block them.

So in that I am in 100% agreement with you.
The thing is that I would rather spend time, resources, and money on a solution that has the best chance of working than on an idealistic solution that has little to no chance of success.

My only issue with the .safe sort of domain. Who decided on what is on that domain?is a Yes, there is a general consensus on what pornography is, but what about other stuff? Some people find violence offenseive (video game), yet I don't. So whose to say I get to look at it or not. That is the main problem I see with a domain that a group of people or a company or whatever gets to decide what you see.

However for the sake of the thread I would say all nudity period.
I mean, it is not like there isn't the regular net for that sorta thing.

If we're going to base it on nudity, then why exclude violence, language, and other themes deemed inappropriate for children? There will always be subjective reasoning when talking about internet cencorship. Do we exclude Cartoon Newtork games from this .safe exten
