(We're not ranking Mike Gravel... This guy's not just a third-tier longshot, he might be a little, um, off. Seriously, he was downright rude. Why should anyone agree to appear on stage with him? And why should any mainstream Democratic group invite him?)

He's been ignored by the media for the past year. They must be freaking out now that he's used the medium to get his name out.

According to MSNBC's online poll, Gravel went from a 3% approval rate before the last night's debate to 13% afterward. A Daily Kos poll put Gravel ahead of Biden, Dodd, Richardson and Kucinich with 11% and just 2% behind Hillary Clinton's 13%.

I like Mike Gravel and believe that him and Ron Paul on the Republican side have both been ignored by the media...And both have ideas that could truly save this countries foreign policy disasters being made by the current administration. In no way was Gravel rude...He was just speaking Truth to Power...

Interesting poll..Good to see that they are both standouts in their respective political party's debate. That poll just reiterates that the truth will stand out from falsehood and also reminds us that the media hates that truth and will silence it at all costs. I was watching post-debate shows that were saying that all the Republicans were for the Iraq war, which was clearly denying the fact that Paul voted against the war and spoke out against it at the debate. I agree...Both Gravel and Paul get get the ball moving somewhere and help put this country back on the right track.
