I would tend to brush it off as a joke. But I agree that between Aqualung's ambiguous post and this, it kinda gives credence to Bright-ness' assertion.

I fail to see how my statement would do anything of the sort, stating that it is almost as bad as abortion is a testament to how odious I view it...

If one were to take your response seriously, by stating that it is almost as bad as abortion, you are saying that it is not quite as bad as abortion. This would seem to suggest that you think it's the lesser of two evils. Some would see that as a sign of support or encouragement. At the very least, it is not discouragement.

I don't see anything wrong with her reasoning at all. You said it was almost as bad. That means you think abortion is worse than bombing an abortion clinic. Is this true or not?
