Would you rather have a National Presidential Primary where every state voted on the same day (like Election day) or do you like the way it is spread out now?
Would it help or hurt small candidates? News story

It would hurt the smaller candidates yes, but I think it would affect the states the most. Candidates would nationalize all the issues and not concentrate on the problems faced by individual states.

I'd prefer to have states with similar issues vote in blocks so that the candidates have to address regional issues. In the long run though I don't think it really matters. I think that this traditional Iowa and New Hampshire thing is overrates. Who cares about these states anyway?
