He's definitely funny and refreshing. He really hasn't thought many of his ideas through very well though. But then, neither has Governor Perry.

Seriously, I don't think he really knows what he would do as governor. For example, he talks alot about supporting teachers and improving our dismal public schools in Texas, but he doesn't seem to have any concrete plans for what he would actually do.

This is precisely my wife's complaint as well... she doesn't want us to hurt the Democrats by voting for some wise-cracking dumb***.

My wife's a teacher, and there's seldom a time in our household that Perry isn't mentioned in some long string of explicatives.
