I'm not entirely sure what US law has to say about this, but I'd say group them with the rest. It may not be the nicest thing around, but we should let people in on a basis of how they can help the country, not their reasons for coming.

As to it just being a case of bad luck for people to be born in a country without top notch medical facilities, well Faint, you've won me over. I'll immediately begin lobbying to stop people bringing in little disfigured kiddies from less fortunate countries for medical treatment to give them a better quality of life. After all, it's just their bad luck that the kero heater in their shanty got knocked over and now their face is fused to their shoulder.Stuff 'em, that's what I say. Should have thought of that before they got damaged. And after all, they're only 4, they've got plenty of time to build a bridge.
By the way, seeing as it's all about being exposed to more carriers, better not let anyone leave the country without a chastity belt...you don't know who they're gonna shag when they're overseas if you leave 'em to their own devices.

Nobody said we should completely close our borders. We can't see into the future and determine what kind of children immigrants will have, so this makes no sense. We should let people in based on their own qualities, not what their future children may or may not become.

Making a greatly exagerated form of our arguement doesn't seem like a very proper way to debate.
