I don't think it really falls under any other religion, as it is in all reality a combination of all, just the truths from each, something that creates conflict bewteen them

That's what this whole forum is about. Learning about and discussing ALL religions and ideas. Is there something specific you're talking about that is not already addressed on the forum?

My whole life I have been watching people blindly following other religions because of their culture. I personally have studied Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc...and I am turned of by many aspects, most of all their inability to compromise.

Christianity is to me nothing more than a tool used by the upper class throughout history to scare the peasants into doing whatever they demanded. They have molded God into some being with human characteristics (such as jealousy) and basically closed their followers minds by telling them that if they don't do exactly what they say, they will burn in hell. They have also closed their minds further by saying that God is the only God, and they shall not accept any others.

The funny thing is that Catholics believe the same thing, yet they pray to the Virgin Mary, and the Saints.

As far as principles go, I share many indigenous beliefs in taking care of and respecting nature, as well as the similar Buddhist principles. Also, I accept the Hindu belief that all living beings are important, as well as their willingness to accept other religions.

I am no expert, but I have constantly been searching for the truth, something that I thank whoever "God" really is. I believe that there can exist a true religion that is not utilized by Man to capitalize on other men. Where people truly want to do what is right. If I find this, I will not follow blindly, I will follow because I have researched, and I know it is right.

I know that "God" does exist, as I feel it. My conscience is my link to him/her. In spite of all the wrong that I have seen other religions do, I believe that there is a possibility of discovering (not creating) a religion that does not hurt people, rather it helps them, does not take, rather gives, does not request, yet offers.

Are you talking about post 400 C.E. Christianity, because Christianity was one of the most downtroden and detested religions of all time, and supported mainly by the lower class... heck, it was founded by a carpenter and some fishermen

I'm with you, God is God no matter what. It's time people start with faith in God and eliminate the self-serving religious intolerance of each other. I believe that religion is generally people's efforts to cover up their own shortcomings. But, on the other hand, to have faith in God is to begin with knowing that we don't compare to God. The God of all has to meet certain criteria to qualify as God. It seems like every religion has started with some important, consistent, meaningful truths and twisted them into self preserving actions that exclude anyone who doesn't agree with their ideas. Even Christianity has been made into extreme forms of faithless actions to cover people's own sins when the Christian Bible states very clearly over and over again that there is nothing a person can do to be worthy but believe that God has met one of His qualifying criteria by providing reconciliation for people to have Him in their lives. I have always enjoyed studying various religions and nonreligious people's ways of life. It's just too bad that people miss the point of faith in the God of grace, the only one who originally expresses Himself from outside of time and space and leaves people's will totally open to choose for ourselves.

I'd be interested in knowing if the '2' that said no were being sarcastic or not. After all, what's the fun in RF if you can't hear about other people's path of worship? (Okay, some souls find humor in mocking or deriding other paths of worship... but they're the extreme exception.)

Continue searching for the TRUTH hiajuro, and try not to settle for anything less. In the meantime I don't seem to recall that you had to belong to a particular organization to thank GOD you can do it now and I guareentee you that he/she will BE listening.
