Indigo Children and Starseeds (rituals, Creator, Earth, choice, evolve)

Could someone explain this a bit more, and does anybody have any experience with children they believe to be these things?

I don't know about Indigo Children, but I have heard of Starseeds before:

Starseeds are individuals who feel excitement and longing upon learning that they might have originated from another world. The experience the loneliness and separateness that is the human condition, but also have the sense of being foreigners on this planet. "Starseeds" describe as evolved beings from another planet, star system or galaxy, whose specific missions are to assist Planet Earth and her peoples to bring in the golden Age, which is happening now and will be even on a greater scale in the near future.
Starseeds incarnate into the same conditions of helplessness and total amnesia concerning their identity, origins and purpose as do Earth humans. However, the genes of starseeds are encoded with a "wake-up call" designed to "activate" them at a pre-determined moment in their life. Awakening can be gentle and gradual, or it can be quite dramatic and abrupt. In either event, memory is restored to varying degrees, allowing starseeds to consciously take up their missions. Their connection to the Higher Self are also strengthened, permitting them to be largely guided by their inner knowing.
Many starseeds are practised in rapid "spiritual weight loss". Starseeds can throw off in a few years the limiting behaviour patterns and fears that humans might take many lifetimes to accomplish. This is because Starseeds, have been on similar missions on other planets, and are quite familiar with the procedures and techniques for raising consciousness.
The concepts of starships, intergalactic travel, varied psychic phenomena and sentient life forms in other galaxies, are, of course, natural and logical to them.

What is an indigo Child?
As a summary, here are the ten attributes that best describe this new kind of child, the Indigo Child
They come into the world with a feeling of royalty (and often act like it)
They have a feeling of "deserving to be here," and are surprised when others don't share that.
Self-worth is not a big issue. They often tell the parents "who they are."
They have difficulty with absolute authority (authority without explanation or choice).
They simply will not do certain things; for example, waiting in line is difficult for them.
They get frustrated with systems that are ritually oriented and don't require creative thought.

I don't think Starseeds are really out there enough for people to know about them. I do because extraterrestials are an interest of mine and I like to research.

Royalty is a very good description of them.

Indigo children are born with a strong sense of what is important and right. They trust themselves more than adults, even their own parents, hence the idea that they have problems with authority. They don't trust adults because they see you humans as immature universal beings who deal with life by altering your reality (with nicotine, alcohol, illegal drugs, caffeine...), avoiding your reality, and even lying about it.

Adults also have trouble being honest with each other because they have so much hidden insecurity that they refuse to address. Humans are great drama creators, Indigo children see through this and do their best to reduce it or avoid it.

Indigo children also tend to have these traits:
-idealists, want to help the world
-very artistic, music, painting, poetry, or other
-have visions
-tend to see things in a more logical way than humans, they may resist performing human rituals because the Indigo child knows they are insincere

Indigo children are not necessarily born to a family that understands or even cares about their gift.
