I heard the term moon breathing mentioned in another thread that said it was a form of meditation drawing on the energy of the moon. The thread didn't say much else on the topic and I would like to learn more. A quick google search didn't bring up anything promising so I thought I'd ask here if anyone else has heard of moon breathing and can tell me anything about it. Thanks

moon breathing is a basic visualisation. you stand outside, you find the moon (generally it's in an upwards direction
) and you visualise blue streams of energy flowing down from the moon and into you, and out of you, in to you, and out of you in rythem to your breathing. feel yourself energised and filled with the spiritual energy of the moon ![]()

I do much the same thing, except with the sun, but it's the same concept and technique.
