i think there is a way to moderate group membership with the vBulletin software, like you can moderate threads (except non of the forums on RF have that feature active) - basically, someone subscribes to the group, and that request goes into a line which SuperMods and Admins can see, and they will allow or deny membership. if we can do that, i will suggest that as the way we moderate membership - and with Feathers, Blayze and myself all being supers, we can check it fairly regularly (or people can PM us as they subscribe)

ok, most of us seem happy with the format suggested, so i'll pass that along to the admins for review and we should hopefully have it soon! i don't know how long it will take, it depends on how much coffee Amy has consumed when i ask her

Should I brew her a truck load of it?

Will the people who have shown interest have to send in a PM request, or however it will work, or will they be added as soon as the new forum is up?
