If I was going to throw anything it wouldn't be Zayl. I'm sure there are things around this tea room that would be much easier for me to throw. I'm not much into throwing people.

And if you want to know where I learned to yell like that then check with my parents.

I'm in severe need to reconnect with my spiritual side. It has become near impossible lately to find the time to do anything along those lines. Jamie is NOT an easy one to get to bed and sometimes I am kept up until 2 to 3 am with a fussy screaming baby. Not to mention he has taken to waking up 2 or 3 times a night. I feel like the walking dead a lot. I really would want to do something when I have time alone and quiet and peaceful, but that just doesn't happen with a small baby.

I really feel ______. I leave it blank there because I couldn't find the right word. the only quiet and serene time I get is when I'm exhausted. I really want to do rituals and have some peaceful meditation time so badly. I just feel cut off.

Anybody have any suggestions?

the recipie is very simple, my dear.

take one male, i suppose Tim will suffice...
wrap baby in blanket and place in male's arms.
kick male out the house for an hour.
quickly caste a sacred circle.
lay down comfortably in said circle .
try not to fall asleep, but just close your eyes, rest, and just feel yourself (spiritaully that is

Yeah. I've actually thought about leaving the baby with Tim and going to a motel for the night some night...if only to sleep a full night sleep uninterrupted. I guess I could try what you suggest though. It's just something that honestly hasn't occured to me. My mind is so frazzled lately. All that missed sleep you know.

I'm sure he'd do it, but I have no idea where he would take him except to drive around. I could just send him shopping one night.

ah, now that's just it hun, you're not supposed to know where they've gone! that way, you will spend your time letting your mind wonder into what ever spiritual realm it wants to, as opposed to being tied down in mummy mode.

I haven't NOT been in "mummy mode" since he was born. I don't know if I'd know what to do with myself.
