I guess this is specifically aimed at people who worship many gods (hence the title), more so than people who worship god/esses as aspects of a greater power.
For those of you who worship a pantheon of gods, either specific to a tradition or of your own selection - would you say you had a favourite, a deity that you feel closest too? Do you have a specific deity that you would consider a personal god/ess?

A very interesting question, Halcyon!
While I would like to have a patron/ patroness, none have really 'called' me yet. I'm afraid my pantheon is rather wide, encompassing quite a number of traditions... I really admire Kwan Yin, though. She speaks to my love of infinite compassion.

I don't worship a pantheon of any particular culture. I've "collected" several gods and goddesses over the years. I've found that I tend to gravitiate toward certain personalities during certain moods and needs. I've found that I lean toward Pele during mishiveious moods, Gaia as my daily guide, Herne/Shiva well he's new and I'm still getting used to him, Diana as a motherly figure, a personal god, "The Lovers" when I need strength, compassion, and empathy with my own marriage, and "Luna" for romance, sparkle and more.
The deity that I feel the closest to would be if I had to pick, would be Pele. I'd have to say that as a personal deity it's a tie between Gaia and "The Lovers." I hope that helps out. Edited: removing glaring typos.

Yes. I feel particularly close to Heimdallr. He's the eyes of the gods. He sees everything and he rarely sleeps.
I don't know why I feel closer to him, something about the feeling of sitting on top of the world and watching all that goes on, without really ever being involved.

Ooo, wanted to add "Persephone", too. Every personality quiz (including a 'professional' one) I've taken that has goddesses as the embodiment of a type of personality (and that includes Persephone as an 'option') , she seems to be the invariable result for me.
Also, someone from my own actual heritage (Scottish- you'll notice most of my others tend to borrow from cultures that I'm not in the least bit physically related to) is "Meg the Healer". I'll admit, I was first attracted to her because we share the same name (unless you count that I actually prefer to be called Meggie or Feathers, hehee!). Then, I started reading up on her, and was very happy when I learned that she was a healer, since that's something I've always aspired to be.

Personally, though I respect all Gods that may or may not exist (depending on what they are proclaimed to do. Eternal punishment is not what I grant respect for).
However, several Gods tug more deeply at me. These are Oghma, Cernunnos, Danu, Brighid, and Morrighun.

Boann and her night sky are what inspires me, however that it is now winter I am quite close to Brigid and the hearth in general. I've felt Morrigan or, more specifically, Macha of late, whether I wanted to or not.
