Some people, when they meditate or practice magic, find themselves in a very specific place. For example, some people find themselves on a kind of path in a forest. Do you find yourself somewhere? Do you visualize yourself somewhere? If so, where? What is it like? Is it a real place?

I sometimes see myself in various places. I've floated in nothingness, I've flown through mountains, I've viewed the stars, and sat deep in the caveworks of Earth. It depends a lot on what I set out to do when I meditate, or some other variable that I haven't determined.

You might find this hard to believe... but I "zen". Usually underwater when I have no one to watch. But there I am in "my element", with the literal weight of the world taken off of my shoulders, I float neutrally in the water column and all is right with the world of NetDoc.

When I was yonger I used to have a recuring dream of meeting with a black unicorn near a lake surrounded by a forest. I called it Blue Lake, because it was always at night, and the moon made the lake blue, and the moon reflected off the trees and made the whole forest look blue. I had one last visit from my friend when I was 16 and coming out of my atheist phase. My friend who had visited me in my dreams many times told me one night that he would no longer need to come to me in my sleep and in this form. From then on, I could meet with him whenever I wished, day or night. And when our meeting ended, my friend the unicorn turned into the image of Christ and walked into the woods. The light around him was brilliant, and I saw the glow through the trees for a long time. I remember how lonely Blue Lake felt at that moment, like there was no longer a heartbeat.
I have not dreamt of Blue Lake since then. |

I have a wilderness garden on the shore of a lake . It isn't quite what you asked about Prima , but at the same time I think it is exactly what you are asking about ... ???

![]() Yes, that definitely applies. ES, I had a dream-place strangely similar to that. For me it became a symbol of a hidden danger (in the water there was a poisonous...thing) and for some reason I always think of that image when I encounter something with a 'hidden danger'

I start in an open field, from where I see a forest; the path I am on leads into that forest, and in there, there is a little stream of rippling clear water, that runs over stones into a clear pool.
I often sit in the pool, and enjoy the sunlight, peeking through the trees - I can hear nature - the sound of birds, and thre are always animals around. They seem to be oblivious to me. I stay in the pond until I feel refreshed, and then leave the forest by the path I used to enter it, back into the lush green fields - no fences, just lovely endless green grass. ![]()
