Yes, my name is a joke name that a "plastic shaman" tried to give me, no I didn't pay any money for it, I just politely thanked them and let it be, until I needed a screen name and it seemed amusing... I've been exceptionally up front about that. I rather enjoyed it both for it's power to teach about stereotypes (I often get PM's about what my name "means" and get to answer with a lesson on "Indian names") And I enjoy it for it's unintentional layered meaning as I'm both an artist and a biologist. I'm particularly fond studying early Carnivoran evolution, though the name primarily refers to the African Hunting Dog has also more rarely been used to describe the endangered Mexican Wolf. Which would have roamed the lands my Mother's family calls home in New Mexico and where she returned to live. If you think that simply being "tan" makes you an American Indian you have a lot yet to learn.... may be you should try drugs again? ![]() wa:do
