In the meantime, Side of a Bullet by Nickelback is ok. Not my top choice, but still kind of good.

Stolen Babies - Push Button Metal cabaret style? Non-operatic female vocalist? And an accordion? Mr. Bungle - Pink Cigarette When they aren't playing fairground metal. Strapping Young Lad - Wrong Side Grindcore with violins and (some) clean vocals. Spiritual - Pulse - This has typically been described as ethnic-metal. Chants, flutes, growls, that sort of thing. Bal-Sagoth - Star Maps Of The Ancient Cosmographers Nothing gets more epic and OTT than these guys.

Lovin some of the heavy stuff from Luke Wolf...
but here's some post-rock which I love right now... The first one is very, very apt. Not only for the name of the band but for the power and sadness of the video, as well as a beautiful track... God is an Astronaut - Fragile YouTube - Fragile This is another really good new English band... My Exit Music - Dust YouTube - DUST by My Exit Music One of the best of the genre... Explosions in the Sky - Your hand in mine YouTube - Explosions in the sky - Your Hand in Mine A little more shoegaze, but very cool Gregor Samsa - Young and Old YouTube - Gregor Samsa - Young And Old - Polskie napisy I can post loads more if anyone likes this stuff...
